Wedding Night

Sophie Kinsella's Wedding Night was one of those light, bubbly summer reads. The story had some layers to it giving it more depth. Not meaning that there was a life-changing message hidden within the lines, but it was definitely the right choice to read it in the summer time.
With all it's hilarious, bizarre and even embarrassing events the book kept me interested and took my thoughts away from everything else.
In the beginning I almost felt obliged to start planning my own princess wedding. I also longed to have a sister. Towards the end, however, I realized that this is anything but a description of the perfect marriage and sisterhood. Now I am sure that I will not rush into anything just yet.
Funny as the story was, I wasn't able to relate to everything, being only a teenager, but at least I got a good laugh at the possible outcomes of one's adult years.
If you are in need of a book to read this summer, here's one that won't disappoint you. Especially if you have any personal experience.
